Automatically set Outlook font color to gray permanently

1. Open Outlook

2. Go to file tab (top left).

3. Click on Options.

4. In the Outlook Options window, select Mail from the left-hand menu.

5. Click the button Stationery and Fonts…

6. A new window opens. Click Font on the left. A new window will open.

7. In the new window select: Verdana | Standard | 10 and then click on Font colour.

8. A selection box opens. Click on More colors... and enter 49 for red, 56 for green and 58 for blue and click on ok.

9. This must be done for all 3 fonts (step 6).

10. Confirm everything with OK. Done. 😊
