Once again this year, DARCO would like to use the Christmas season to support a special project that offers support and guidance to children and young people in challenging life situations. This year, the support goes to the kids to life foundation.
kids to life supports young people who are confronted with poverty, family conflicts, psychological stress or other challenges. The foundation offers them structure, security and concrete opportunities to develop their skills.
The services offered include educational and career guidance, sporting and creative activities, resilience and social training, and animal-assisted education.
Around 5,500 children and young people take part in the programmes every year, where they find support, motivation and opportunities to develop their strengths.
