Since September, we at DARCO have once again conducted a customer satisfaction survey. We would like to thank everyone who took the time to participate and share their impressions with us. Your feedback provides us with valuable insights that help us to continuously improve our products and processes.
The survey covered topics such as the assessment of our product quality, experiences with our customer service, the complaint handling process, and the importance of sustainable products and packaging solutions.
The evaluation clearly shows that the majority of our customers are satisfied with our services and products. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent feedback we have received regarding the reliability of our deliveries and the availability of our products.
The winners of this year's prize draw have also been determined and will be notified in the coming days: A total of 5 participants can look forward to receiving a pair of our popular Movilo® comfort shoes.
