Two classics reinvented
Product update of the WCS® and WCS® Light Wound Care Shoe from DARCO

The two Wound Care Shoes WCS® and WCS® Light from DARCO have been updated and impress with new technical features and a new look. With a lightweight EVA rubber outsole and the Fully Rocker Sole Design, the two classic products offer greater comfort and safety for patients.

The new outsole on both models provides a noticeable improvement in wearing comfort. The lighter EVA material in combination with a fully rocker sole and an anti-slip profile ensure a comfortable, safe and physiologically harmonious gait pattern. The enlarged heel cap provides even more stability.

Thanks to the curved design of the outsole, the new matt synthetic leather on the WCS® and the new colour combination on the WCS® Light, patients can look forward to a more modern look for their wound therapy shoes. The tried-and-tested Four-Layer-Insole-System remains the centrepiece of the shoes, for pressure redistribution in plantar wounds.
