Training at DARCO

As an innovative, medium-sized medical technology company operating on the international stage, it is a matter of course for DARCO not only to permanently develop further in the areas of sales and product development, but also to invest in the future in terms of personnel. DARCO (Europe) GmbH is a recognised apprenticing company and has trained many young people over the years. Whether as management assistant for wholesale and foreign trade management, for office communication or warehouse logistics, DARCO offers many options.

This year, despite the Corona pandemic, we were once again able to welcome a young apprentice (Elisa Roth from Dieß) and tie up a training contract.

“The great thing about DARCO is that we have hired almost all trainees after successful completion of their training. Many of our long-standing colleagues were once apprentices with us and continue their career path at DARCO. We are proud of that,” says Katharina Feistl. DARCO wants to attract young people to the field of medical care in the widest sense and ensure a sound education. “The young trainees enrich our company and always bring a breath of fresh air! For us, the employees are the focus and the basis of our success,” adds Katja Eger.
