- Metatarsophalangeal joint arthrodesis
- Austin, Scarf and Akin osteotomies
- Closing and opening wedge
- Transverse and pendulum osteotomies
- Lapidus arthrodesis (TMT1 arthrodesis)
- Youngswick osteotomies (puzzle module extends to cuneiform I)
Middle Module
- Weil and / or Helal osteotomies I – IV
- Morton‘s neuroma
- Hammer toe corrections
- PIP / DIP arthrodesis
- Metatarsal bone fractures II - IV
- Shortening osteotomies of the metatarsal bones II - IV (puzzle module extends to proximal end of the metatarsal bones II - IV)

Description
The Puzzle Insole® has been specially developed for fittings after forefoot and midfoot surgery. The two EVA foam soles differ in colour and Shore hardness. The three modules (small toe, big toe and middle module) can be individually exchanged and recombined for different indications.
