    • 3 flexibly positionable elastic webbing straps (included)
    • Conventional gauze bandages with integrated hook and loop straps on the outside of the splint
  • Soft inner liner (PE foam)
  • Anatomically optimised fit + large-volume heel shape
    ➝ To avoid pressure points
  • Oval recesses
    ➝ Good air circulation
  • Inherently stable

The DARCO Posterior Splint Fix foot-positioning orthosis was developed by renowned foot and ankle surgeons and master orthopaedic technicians, and adapted to the individual needs of patients and providers.

The Plus version of this practical positioning splint differs from the Posterior Splint Fix by its 90° angle position in addition to two oval cut-outs for good air circulation and an additionally enclosed absorbent fleece. The three elastic and freely positionable hook and loop fasteners fix the foot optimally in the orthosis.

Like the 110° version, the Plus also impresses with its simple and extremely time-saving handling. The splint can be applied directly after the dressing of the surgical wound without need for time-consuming plastering or modelling.

„The DARCO Posterior Splint offers the great advantage of having high dimensional stability and therefore not needing to be readjusted. For the practice and the operating theatre, where storage space is often limited, the space-saving storage is particularly worth mentioning.“
