New yet proven leadership

After three years, Johannes Hagenmeyer returns to the position of Managing Director of DARCO (Europe) GmbH and thus actively re-enters the daily business. “In recent years I have been intensively involved in the expansion of the production of orthopaedic implants for bone surgery at hg medical and have only been able to accompany DARCO from a distance as a member of the supervisory board. I am now very pleased to be actively involved again at the Raisting location and to shape the future of DARCO (Europe) GmbH in collaboration with Katharina Feistl as the management team.”

Johannes Hagenmeyer brings with him many years of experience in the management of globally successful companies. His understanding of orthopaedic products and devices, his motivation for innovative products and his good relations with the professional community are widely known in the industry. For staff and partners, the change in management therefore does not usher in a phase of uncertainty. “Professionally and interpersonally a great asset!” – that is the mood in the team, which is growing strongly right now, developing a new dynamic and setting up new team structures due to growing markets and requirements.

”I have committed myself to constantly developing our products in postoperative and trauma care,” says Johannes Hagenmeyer. “The patient’s well-being and the optimal healing process are in the foreground. The dramatic increase in diabetic patients likewise calls for our increased commitment to wound and diabetes care.”
