Donations instead of gifts
DARCO donates to the “Children’s feet need help” association for Christmas
This year, too, DARCO has decided to make a donation to the “Children's feet need help” association at Christmas instead of customer gifts.
The project is a non-profit organization based in Buchkirchen near Wels, Austria. The association was founded in 2010 by Univ. Doc. Dr. Ernst Orthner & Veronika Gattermayr after both traveled together in India for the first time in January 2010. They both decided to visit India several times a year with other surgeons to treat foot deformities surgically or conservatively. There are now three “missions” a year and more collaborators to enable children in need to live a self-determined life on their own two feet... A wonderful project that we have the greatest respect for.
